Focus on filling your tummy until it sticks out, and then let the air or oxygen expand inside from the bottom of chest up towards your mouth. In this way, your lungs will be the last organ to rise.

Counting: Inhale the air for 3 counts, keep holding it for 2 and then exhale out slowly counting till 4. Be relaxed, and don’t do it while checking email or watching TV.

Meditation
